Sorai Olive Farm Kaori 3
This oil is made from Kaori, a distinctive olive variety developed over decades at the Shodoshima Olive Research Institute and registered as a unique Kagawa Prefecture cultivar in 2021. It offers subtle aromas of banana and vanilla with gentle spiciness and a green hue reminiscent of young leaves. The delicate profile suits white fish, tofu, salad and ice cream, with fruit harvested in autumn 2025.
