Sorai Olive Farm Frantoio
Made from Frantoio olives grown on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, this oil has a fresh vanilla-like sweet aroma and gentle smooth mouthfeel with subtle bitterness reminiscent of banana peel and lettuce. The golden green oil shows fruity character and comes from the 2025 autumn harvest. It pairs well with Japanese cuisine, bread, vegetable salads, fish marinades, ricotta and dressings.
