Sorai Olive Farm Arbequina

Made from Arbequina olives grown on Shodoshima island in Kagawa Prefecture, this oil displays a beautiful green colour and offers a fresh aroma of young tomatoes and green apples. The palate reveals a mild flavour with smooth sweetness reminiscent of crushed almonds and walnuts. It pairs well with bread, warm vegetable salads, vanilla ice cream, white fish, shrimp and scallops.
