Skabe Farmhouse Buža

Skabe Farmhouse crafts certified organic extra virgin olive oil exclusively from native Istrian Buža olives grown on our estate in Istria, Croatia. Hand-harvested while still mostly green and processed the same day at the mill, it ensures exceptional quality with low free fatty acids and peroxide values. This rare cultivar displays a green-gold colour, bright grassy and fruity aromas, and a peppery aftertaste, whilst being rich in health-promoting polyphenols.
