Showa Farm's 2025-26 Olio Nuovo is an organic extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olives grown in Sonoma County, unfiltered and straight from the mill. This fresh, early-season oil is bottled in 375ml and offers a shelf life of about six months to preserve its vibrant qualities. The Olio Nuovo label received a Silver Medal at the 2026 Los Angeles International Olive Oil Competition. Ideal for drizzling on fresh salads, bread or vegetables to highlight its authentic character.
