Made solely from Shodoshima olives of the Mission variety as the base and other locally grown cultivars, this extra virgin olive oil is produced in limited quantities on the island in Kagawa Prefecture. It has a grassy aroma with notes of apple and walnut, balanced bitterness and pungency, and works well with salads, caprese, carpaccio and simple preparations.
