Shodoshima Healthy Land Platinum Label

Produced by Shodoshima Healthy Land from olives grown on their own farm in Shodoshima, Kagawa Prefecture, this extra virgin olive oil is Japan's first functional food label oil (notification D410). It contains olive oil polyphenols reported to suppress LDL cholesterol oxidation through antioxidant action, with a recommended daily intake of 15g. The oil works well mixed into tomato or vegetable juice, drizzled over bread, pasta or salads, or blended into dressings and sauces.
