Frantoio (NZJ5) olives from 500 mature trees along the Oruaiti River in Northland are harvested at peak ripeness and cold-pressed at Olivado Pressing House in Waipapa within hours. The oil is certified extra virgin and won Gold at the 2026 Oliveti Awards. It shows vibrant green fruit character, balanced bitterness and a distinctive peppery finish.
