On the palate there is ripe‑apple and butter‑like fruitiness, green‑artichoke and green‑apple herbaceousness, and a peppery finish, with secondary hints of toasted and dried almond and a subtle banana nuance. Suitable as a finishing oil for salads, delicate fish and soups.
