Arbequina Gran Cru Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 100 % Arbequina olives, harvested and crushed at a family mill in Spain. Cold‑pressed within 24 hours of harvest. Aromatically it displays mixed floral and tropical‑fruit notes. On the palate there is ripe‑apple and butter‑like fruitiness, green‑artichoke and green‑apple herbaceousness, and a peppery finish, with secondary hints of toasted and dried almond and a subtle banana nuance. Suitable as a finishing oil for salads, delicate fish and soups.
