San Rocco Bianchera

San Rocco Bianchera extra virgin olive oil is crafted from the indigenous Istrian Bjelica (Bianchera) variety, known for its golden-green colour, aromas of freshly cut grass, and flavours of olives, almonds, wild asparagus, and chicory with pronounced spiciness and bitterness. This oil exhibits strong resistance to low temperatures and high fertility. It pairs excellently with meat dishes, especially beef and lamb, as well as hard cheeses.
