Saint's Drop Istarska Bjelica is an early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from Sveti Lovreč, made solely from the indigenous Istrian Istarska Bjelica variety. Golden green in colour and rich in polyphenols, it combines medium green fruitiness and bitterness with intense pungency. Its robust profile pairs with steak, venison, baked fish, chicory, rocket, asparagus, artichokes, hearty stews, traditional maneštra and vegetable soups, mature hard cheeses, and prosciutto.
