Round Pond's Italian Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from their 100-year-old imported Italian trees grown on their Rutherford estate. The olives are crushed using either a traditional stone mill or a gentle Hammermill to capture fresh green Tuscan EVOO flavors. The oil shows a balance of spice and rich butter with distinct notes of white pepper, coriander and sage, finishing assertively as a robust oil.
