Ross Hill Wines produces a limited-release Extra Virgin Olive Oil from their estate in Orange, New South Wales. This full-bodied oil showcases distinctive cool-climate characteristics, crafted from five olive varieties: Frantoio, Correggiola, and Leccino (Italian), offering green, herbaceous notes and a light fruity finish; and Manzanillo and Arbequina (Spanish), adding robust, nutty flavours.
The olives are handpicked and cold pressed to ensure quality. The oil features a deep golden colour with aromas of cut grass, leading to a full-bodied taste and peppery finish.
Bottled on-site at the Ross Hill winery, this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available exclusively through their Cellar Door and online shop. As of 2025, this product is no longer in production.
