River Grove Olives Koroneiki

River Grove's Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil comes from the tiny Greek cultivar grown on the family grove along the Ruamahanga River near Masterton in Wairarapa. The olives are harvested in early winter and pressed into oil certified as extra virgin by Olives New Zealand, with the Koroneiki earning a silver medal at the 2025 national awards. Steven Price, who founded the grove with Chris Price in 2004, calls this variety his personal favourite.
