Rio Vista Olives Manzanillo

Made from Manzanillo olives grown in the Adelaide Hills, this single-variety oil comes from trees that recovered after the Adelaide Hills bushfires to produce a harvest shortly after. Freshly extracted after picking, it shows pronounced fruitiness with measured bitterness and pepper, delivering distinct notes of tomato vine, artichoke and radicchio that suit both cooking and finishing. The oil previously won Best Single Variety at the 2022 Royal Adelaide Olive Awards.
