Rio Vista Olives Hardys Mammoth Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made from Australia's own Hardy's Mammoth olives grown in South Australia, this 2026 harvest oil is cold-extracted quickly to preserve its vibrant character. Judges noted bright aromas of guava, passionfruit, fig leaf, tomato leaf and artichoke with a spearmint lift, leading to a generous palate of tropical fruit, sweet spice, radicchio, green tea and mandarin supported by buttery texture, measured bitterness and a building peppery finish. The oil carries a phenolic content of 608 mg/kg and earned a 2026 Gold Medal at the Royal Adelaide Olive Awards and Golden Olive Awards.
