Rio Vista Olives produces this limited edition first harvest extra virgin olive oil from a single grove of 100% Kalamata varietal olives in South Australia. The oil is made from handpicked olives processed during the early harvest period.

This single-varietal Kalamata EVOO is described as buttery smooth with rich, luscious characteristics and peppery notes. The oil is classified as Olio Nuovo - freshly pressed new oil from the current harvest.

The product is available in 500ml bottles and represents the first pressing from Elisi Grove each harvest season.
