This premium oil is produced by Rio Largo Olive Estate in South Africa's Scherpenheuwel Valley, Western Cape. Hand-picked olives from the estate comprising Frantoio, Leccino, Favalosa and Coratina varities. Shortly following harvest, Nick and Brenda cold-extract the oil using their MORI-TEM processing equipment to ensure freshness.
