Rheos Premium Blend

Rheos Premium Blend is an extra virgin olive oil from five select varieties-Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio, Buža, and Istarska Bjelica-cultivated in the saline-rich microclimate of Kamponovo near Novigrad, Croatia. Cold-pressed for quality, it features an intensely green colour and refined aromas of fresh cut grass, green apple, artichoke, almond, and aromatic herbs. The taste is rich and complex, with pleasant bitterness and a peppery sensation. It pairs excellently with bitter vegetables like chicory and radicchio, meats, fish, seafood, cheeses, and bitter chocolate desserts.
