Rheos Leccino

Rheos Leccino is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Leccino olives, an Italian variety cultivated in the elevated, sea-influenced groves of Kamponovo near Novigrad, Istria, Croatia. Golden green in colour, it features a perfectly rounded fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus notes, banana, and aromatic herbs like rosemary and thyme, with very mild bitterness and spiciness. Cold-pressed through mechanical procedures, it pairs ideally with fish specialties such as shrimp, fish carpaccio, and shellfish, as well as young cheeses, cottage cheese, and cooked vegetables.
