Rheos Istarska Bjelica

Rheos Istarska Bjelica is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil of golden green colour, crafted from Istarska Bjelica olives grown in the saline sea breezes of Kamponovo near Novigrad, Croatia. Its distinctive intense aroma recalls cut grass, artichoke, chicory, rosemary, and mint, complemented by a strong taste with pronounced bitterness and spiciness evoking green olives, black pepper, and almonds. This high-quality oil is cold pressed and obtained solely by mechanical procedures. It pairs excellently with beef, mushrooms, asparagus, hard cheeses, and desserts featuring vanilla ice cream or dark chocolate.
