Rheos Buža

Rheos Buža is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil made from the native Istrian Buža variety, grown in the elevated groves of Kamponovo near Novigrad, Croatia, where sea breezes enhance its quality. This cold-pressed oil displays a light green to golden yellow hue, with a pronounced fruity aroma and taste evoking fresh olive fruit, aromatic herbs, artichoke, apple, and citrus. Of medium intensity, it offers balanced bitterness and piquancy. It pairs with vegetable carpaccios like fresh courgette or seasonal mushrooms, fresh soft cheeses, and marinades for fish, meat, and vegetables.
