Rare Hare Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from Tuscan olive varieties grown at 515 Olive Grove on the Mornington Peninsula, between Cape Schanck and Main Ridge. Harvested early, the olives are cold-pressed within hours to retain their fresh flavour and reported phenolic content.
