Quinta Nossa Senhora das Neves Azeite Virgem Extra Cobrançosa

Monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Cobrançosa olives, originally from Trás-os-Montes but well-adapted to Alentejo soils and climate. The oil is rich in polyphenols, resistant to oxidation, and balanced in flavor. It is mildly bitter and spicy when extracted from green olives, and smoother and sweeter when made from mature olives.
