Queen Creek Olive Mill Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil offers a well‑balanced flavour with notes of tomato leaf, green almond and a subtle fresh‑cut grass undertone, finishing lightly peppery. It is made from a blend of Arbosana and Koroneiki olives harvested from two medium‑density groves in December and January, milled within two hours at 79°F after a 32‑minute malaxation. The oil earned a Silver Award at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition and is packaged in a matte white bottle with a wooden closure. Ideal for drizzling over green salads with bourbon‑cask balsamic vinegar or pairing with figs, goat cheese and strawberries.
