Q600 is Quartz Hill's most concentrated early-harvest extra virgin olive oil. Its medium fruitiness is matched by pronounced bitterness and pungency, giving the oil a bold, peppery finish.

The oil is sold in dark, UV-protective 100ml, 250ml and 500ml bottles and Q600 is positioned as a small-batch daily finishing oil for taking by the spoonful or adding to breakfast, smoothies and salads instead of as a cooking oil.
