OPG Oliveri Buža is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil made from the most widespread Istrian Buža olive variety. This medium-flavoured oil features organoleptic notes of almond, artichoke, and chicory, with mild bitterness and latent spiciness. It pairs excellently with poultry, rice, meat, and potatoes.
