Nai 3.3 extra virgin olive oil is produced on Dugi otok in the historic Liburnia region, where olives have been grown since the Bronze Age and Roman writers praised the local oil. The family's operation in the village of Žman picks every olive by hand and mills it the same day, discarding any damaged fruit to ensure only perfect olives are pressed into the oil. Certified organic (HR-EKO-04) and tested by the Swiss SQTS institute, the oil ranks among the world's highest in polyphenols (however records have not been shown to Extra Virgin Vault), earning multiple gold medals at competitions including the London IOOC Health Claim Awards.
