The oil offers a fresh, green‑herb aroma with a balanced, slightly peppery flavour and a smooth, buttery finish. Cold‑pressed using traditional stone‑mill methods, it retains reported phenolic compounds. Ideal for drizzling over salads, grilled fish or fresh vegetables, it also enhances pasta and focaccia.
