Nono Remido Istarska Bjelica presents its 2024 Istarska Bjelica extra‑virgin olive oil, harvested from the indigenous Istarska Bjelica olives of Rovinj, Istria County, Croatia. The oil offers a fresh, green‑herb aroma with a balanced, slightly peppery flavour and a smooth, buttery finish. Cold‑pressed using traditional stone‑mill methods, it retains natural antioxidants and polyphenols. Ideal for drizzling over salads, grilled fish or fresh vegetables, it also enhances pasta and focaccia.
