Nono Remido Buža is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the Buža variety, produced in Rovinj, Istria, Croatia. It is made by mechanically processing healthy unripe olives picked and pressed within 12 hours at below 27°C to ensure high quality. This oil features a pronounced fresh aroma, pleasant bitterness, and spicy finish, making it suitable for versatile culinary applications.
