Made from Koroneiki olives handpicked in June 2026 from the 93 trees of Olivo's original grove on Hinekura Road in Martinborough, this balanced oil shows medium-intensity greenly ripe fruitiness with green apple aromas and a hint of confectionery. The palate is sweet on entry with mild bitterness and lingering pepperiness, finishing with a distinct marzipan note.
