Olivo Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is sourced from Wairarapa, North Island, New Zealand. The 2024 harvest features predominantly Barnea olives with a touch of Manzanillo from the estate's 30-year-old trees. Cold-pressed to maintain quality, this oil has been recognised with a Gold medal and Best in Class award. Offering fresh, grassy notes with hints of herbs, rocket, and pine, it balances well on the palate. Ideal for enhancing dishes like salmon, chicken, lentils, avocado, quinoa, and rice.
