Olivina Special Blend

Olivina's Special Blend combines three of the estate's extra virgin olive oils into a medium bodied, all purpose oil originally developed for a local high end restaurant. The blend delivers a complex aroma and a gentle peppery finish. All Olivina oils are milled onsite at the historic Livermore property and carry Olive Oil Commission of California certification with independent lab verification.
