Made from a Tuscan blend of Leccino, Pendolino, Frantoio and Maurino olives from 10-year-old estate trees grown in Suisun Valley, California. It carries a medium-robust profile with notes of green almond, green apple, artichoke and a hint of cinnamon, finishing with measured bitterness and pepper. The family-run operation was started by Pamm Anderson and Pete Vernasco after 15 years of grape growing in the valley.
