100% Picual, cold pressed, harvested early in Spain. The olives were picked at the early stage of ripeness and processed within 24 hours by mechanical extraction, for maximising phenolic content. Tasting notes report pronounced aromatic intensity, a balanced flavour profile with mild fruitiness and a subtle peppery edge. The warm climate and well drained soils of central Florida contribute to the oil’s characteristic composition.
