Olivaia Super Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil from a small batch blend of Sevillano, Nocellara, and Frantoio olives. Olives sourced from Block X at Olivaia Ranch in Lindsay, California, combined with cultivars from San Joaquin Valley. Harvested in November 2024. Tasting notes include grass, green almond, cinnamon, nutty, fig leaf, and green pepper, with medium to robust pungency and astringency. Awards include 2025 Best of Show at Central Coast Competition, 2025 Best of Class at LAIOOC, 2025 Gold at NYIOOC, 2024 Best of Show at SJV/Fresno Fair Olive Oil Competition, and multiple golds from 2023-2020 across NYIOOC, LAIOOC, Central Coast Competition, CA State Fair, and SJV/Fresno Fair.
