Olivaia Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Hand harvested Sevillano olives from Block X at Olivaia Ranch in Lindsay, California, are washed, milled, and immediately bottled as unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. This Olio Nuovo, meaning 'new oil', offers fruit-forward, herbaceous, and grassy green notes. Harvested for the 2025 season with a release in October/November, it has a shelf life of approximately six months and is available on pre-order for limited production. Consume within months of bottling.
