Oleum Viride Belić Cipressino
Cipressino extra virgin olive oil, from an Italian variety newly introduced to Croatia, displays a green colour with golden shades, an intense fruity aroma, and flavours of fresh olive fruit, grass, wild radicchio, dried tomato, and almond traces, with a refined balance of bitterness and pungency. Produced solely by mechanical means in Fažana, Istria, it excels with raw and grilled vegetables, fish roasted 'ispod peke', fried sea bream and surmullet, light vegetable minestrone, and fruitcakes featuring citrus fruits and pineapple.
