Oleum Viride Belić Ascolana Tenera extra virgin olive oil, from the Italian Ascolana Tenera variety grown in Fažana, Istria, Croatia, is golden-green in colour with a fresh scent and balanced pleasant bitterness and piquancy. It features notes of fresh grass, medium-ripe tomato, sage, and oregano. This oil excels with bean, ceps, and fish soups, tartare, boiled red meat and fish, vegetable pasta, and curd cheese or fresh cheese emulsified with honey. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheese and fresh figs.
