Oleum Viride Belić Istarska Bjelica

Istarska Bjelica, an old Istrian variety of outstanding quality from Oleum Viride Belić, yields a golden-green extra virgin olive oil with a fresh scent of mown grass, pronounced bitterness and piquancy, and flavours of green olive fruit, almond, wild asparagus, and radicchio. Produced solely by mechanical means in Fažana and Galižana, Istria, Croatia. It pairs beautifully with marinated mushrooms, grilled beefsteak and ramsteak, and dark chocolate or hazelnut cakes.
