Ojai Tuscan Olive Oil

Crafted from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Picual, and Koroneiki olives, this Tuscan extra virgin olive oil delivers a vibrant grassy, peppery, and fruity flavour profile. Harvested and milled early to maximise green notes, the single varietal oils are carefully blended to achieve the classic Tuscan style. Produced on our family-owned farm in California's Ojai Valley using unfiltered, first-press cold-pressed methods.
