Oio Vivo Vodnjanska Buža

Vodnjanska Buža is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from Buža olives in Istrian Croatia, acclaimed as being amongst the healthiest olive oils worldwide for 2024/2025 due to its high polyphenol content. It displays a golden yellow colour with a greenish sheen and medium fruity aroma evoking green olive fruit, aromatic herbs, artichoke, and tomato. The taste is balanced with fruitiness, moderate bitterness, and pungency alongside neutral aromas. This versatile oil pairs excellently with all types of food.
