Oio Vivo Rozinjola

Rozinjola is a varietal extra virgin olive oil with a robust aroma. It features a clear golden colour with green pigments and medium density. The intense green aroma recalls a field of flowers, with notes of green apple, almonds, dandelion, and chicory, complemented by a pronounced yet balanced spiciness and bitterness. It pairs excellently with meat dishes, dandelion, chicory, and radicchio salads, and pasta.
