Oio Vivo Gajardo

Gajardo is a robust blend of extra virgin olive oils from Istarske Bjelice and Rozinjole varieties. It features a greenish-yellow colour, dense consistency, and an intense aroma of green olive fruit, tomato, and almond. The taste is full-bodied with pronounced bitterness. It pairs excellently with meat dishes, game, and salads of chicory and dandelion, imparting strength and depth.
