Nullamunjie Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Nullamunjie Extra Virgin Olive Oil has traditionally been harvested in June but in recent years they've been harvesting in April since fruit is ripening much earlier. It is produced as a single estate oil, with olives grown, pressed, and bottled on the estate only from their olives. The olives are processed within 2-4 hours of harvest, resulting in a robustly fruity oil with excellent complexity.

The product is designed for home use, with cask packaging to protect against heat, light, and oxygen.
