The Frantoio EVOO from Noble Estate delivers a bright, herbaceous palate with notes of green apple, freshly cut grass and a peppery finish. Made from 100% Frantoio olives harvested at optimal ripeness and cold pressed within 24 hours, the oil retains high polyphenol levels. Its crisp character pairs beautifully with salads, grilled fish, or a drizzle over steamed vegetables. The oil is certified New Zealand organic.
