Produced from 100% estate-grown Frantoio olives, hand-picked on the Murray River banks in Moama, Australia. Olives harvested in late autumn when young, green and fragrant. Cold-pressed to yield extra virgin olive oil with aromas of fresh floral notes, grassy overtones and spiciness, finishing with peppery notes.
