Extra virgin olive oil produced from the Maurino olive variety with a milder taste and softer aroma. Aroma reminiscent of cut grass, green apple and almond. Flavour notes of green apple, banana and Mediterranean herbs. Suitable as a condiment for pasta, rice, white meat, fish, minestrone, vegetable soups and salads.
