Extra virgin olive oil Belica DOP is produced from the Istrian Belica olive variety. It has fresh fruity notes with bitter and spicy characteristics. The aroma includes freshly mown grass, vegetables and olive leaves. Istrian Belica is an indigenous variety with a higher content of polyphenols. It pairs with pasta, rice, poultry, red grilled meat, beef carpaccio, minestrone, vegetable soups and salads.
